It seems that there are always jobs in nursing homes.

As a nurse I have noticed that there are always nursing home jobs available. I have thought of getting one of the jobs in nursing homes. I would like to further my nursing career by getting one of the administrat or jobs in a nursing home. I would need to start by getting one of the Nursing home jobs. Once I got one of the nursing home administrator jobs I would like to run the home in a way that are nurses would be long term. This would lower the chance of being able to get one of the jobs in nursing homes or least the one I ran. I am a nurse that truly cares and would only fill our nursing home jobs with the same type of nurses.
